The short version
If Advanced Subscriptions for WooCommerce does not work for your store, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. No questions, no forms, no friction.
How to request a refund
Email j.conti@joseconti.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order number or license key. We process the refund through the original payment method within 5 business days. You don't need to justify the request.
What's covered
Every plan (Single Site, 2 Sites, 3 Sites), purchased directly from plugins.joseconti.com. The refund covers the full amount you paid, including VAT where applicable.
What's not covered
Renewals: subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time from your account, but the renewal charge for the current term is non-refundable after 30 days from the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel and the renewal just billed, write to us — we'll refund it as long as the request reaches us within 30 days of that charge.
Purchases made through resellers, marketplaces or bundles are subject to the seller's own refund terms.
After the refund
Once refunded, your license key is deactivated. Plugin updates and support stop, but the plugin itself keeps working on the sites where it's installed — under the GPL v3 terms (see License).
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer-protection rights granted to you under your local law (in the EU, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive). This policy is more generous than the legal minimum, not a replacement for it.
